How to Import/Export Contacts into Your Command Center™

Importing Contacts:

  1. Log in to your Command Center™ account and select the “Contacts” tab.
  2. Click on the “Import Contacts” button located at the top right corner of the page.
  3. Choose the CSV file containing your contact data or copy and paste the data into the tool.
  4. Map the fields in the CSV file to the corresponding fields in Command Center™.
  5. Verify that the information in the preview table is correct.
  6. Click “Import” to upload the contacts to Command Center™.

Exporting Contacts:

  1. Log in to your Command Center™ account and select the “Contacts” tab.
  2. Check the boxes next to the contacts you want to export or select all contacts by checking the box at the top of the table.
  3. Click on the “Export” button located at the top right corner of the page.
  4. Choose the format for the export file (CSV or XLSX).
  5. Select the fields you want to include in the export file.
  6. Click “Export” to generate the file and download it to your computer.

Note: It is important to ensure that the contact data being imported or exported complies with all relevant laws and regulations. This includes obtaining consent from the contacts to receive communications and providing opt-out options in all communications.
