Objective: This guide provides step-by-step instructions on how to configure notification settings in the Command Center to ensure timely alerts via SMS, email, or in-app notifications.
Scope: This procedure is intended for users of the Command Center who need to manage how they receive notifications for conversations, tasks, and other integrated services.
Procedure:
Log In and Access Dashboard
- Start by logging into your Command Center account.
- Navigate to the main dashboard screen.
Open Settings
- Click on the 'Settings' option located typically on the sidebar or within the main menu.
Navigate to Profile Settings
- Within the 'Settings' menu, select 'My Profile' to access your personal settings.
Modify Notification Settings
- Click on 'Notification Settings' at the top of the 'My Profile' section.
- A new page or section will open where you can adjust your notification preferences.
Set Notification Preferences
- Review the available options for receiving notifications:
- In-app Notifications: Receive alerts directly within the app interface.
- SMS Notifications: Get text messages sent to your mobile phone.
- Email Notifications: Receive email alerts.
